Governance

There are two governing entities responsible for FBS, the FBS Management Committee and the CAUBO Board of Directors.

The FBS Management Committee is composed of thirteen members with representatives from each of the four regions: Atlantic, Quebec, Ontario, and Western Canada. Within the general parameters set by the FBS Governance Charter, the Committee is responsible for the planning, organization, development, communication, and delivery of services to member institutions.

The CAUBO Board of Directors and the Committee meet annually to review strategy and implementation of the strategic plan, as well as areas of potential synergies and opportunities of common interest.
